Our graduate program GROW provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a truly industry changing transformation.
From industrial scale port automation projects in some of the world's most technologically advanced ports, through to the development of digital supply chain applications, new commercial products and sustainability projects, DP World is an exciting place to build your career.
As a key part of developing a strong future leader pipeline within Australia, we are looking for the trailblazers, changemakers, pioneers and the adventurers to join us on our journey. We need individuals who are as future focused as we are, to help us realise our ambition of being the leading player in the global logistics market.
This is a rotational program that will involve working in real jobs in operational environments from day one. After two years you will be ready for your first your first management opportunity with DP World.
THE PROGRAM/BENEFITS

- 24 month program
- Minimum 2 rotations
- Learning Programs - professional and techincal learning
- Networking opportunities with graduates from the global teams and with senior leaders across the company
- Support Structure - Line Manager, Buddy, Mentor, Graduate Program Team and Senior Leadership Team
Roles and Locations
Our GROW Graduates work onsite alongside their teams. This will give you the very best opportunity to learn from your peers and teammates and really helps with a sense of belonging. The location of our sites is outlined below.
- DP World Sydney Terminal (PBT - Port Botany Terminal) - 42 Friendship Rd, Port Botany NSW 2036

To be eligible for our Graduate Program you'll need:
- To have completed your studies (within the last two years i.e. 2021, 2022, 2023) and ready to start full-time by February 2024
- Have the Right to Work - be a permanent resident or Australian or New Zealand citizen at the point of application
- Be mobile and open to relocation

2. Complete the Online Tests
We want to provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your abilities in an objective way via some engaging online assessments.
3. Complete a video interview
Complete the video interview at a time convenient to you. We’ll be covering questions across the breadth of our DP World Graduate Behaviours and also give you a real insight into our roles and expectations.
4. Site Visit and Final Stage Interview
The face-to-face final stage interview will be held at one of our sites, allowing you to get a feel for who we are as a company as well as hear from business leaders. The final interviews will take place in late October. The day will include a pre-prepared presentation and an individual interview. This is where you can really shine and share why you want to join DP World.
5. Commence Graduate Program
Congratulations! If you are successful, you will receive an offer in writing and all the details you need to know ahead of starting with us.
